Pizza Oven was founded in 1956 by Joe DiPietro and is still family owned and operated by sons, Steven and David DiPietro. Parlayed from one small carry-out on West Tuscarawas to 8 Pizza Oven carry-out locations throughout the Stark County area. There is one Pizza Oven Quick Service Italian Restaurant and carry-out on Lincoln Way that offers casual dining, take-out and drive-thru services. The crown jewel of the family operation is Papa Bear's Italian Restaurant.
