Piatto Novo couples a dramatic view of the “Crooked River” with expertly prepared regional Italian cuisine and USDA Prime Beef. The new restaurant follows the traditions of the popular Piatto restaurant, formerly based in downtown Akron.
Chef Roger Thomas features exquisite dinner selections like Veal Macadamia, Filet Gorgonzola and Linguine del Mare. Fresh seafood specials are offered nightly, as well as an indulging wine list, martini menu and handmade dessert creations. His culinary team is committed to delighting the senses while nourishing the soul.
