"We specialize in Authentic Southern" style barbecues including pig roast, pulled pork, ribs and chicken. We also prepare "low country" shrimp/crawfish boils, clambakes and seafood. Our menu also includes burgers, brats, hotdogs, a variety of platters and box lunches. We travel anywhere in Ohio to cook onsite for your corporate or private party. We cater for birthday parties, weddings, graduations, reunions, picinics and holiday parties, tailgating, fundraisers, trade shows and community and sporting events.
