As Northeastern Ohio's Premier Health and Fitness Facility, LifeCenter Plus has been serving the Hudson and Stow Communities since 1976 as one of the nations top health and fitness facilities.

We are a full service, full amenity, family friendly club. We provide free childcare, group exercise classes both in and out of the water - including Zumba, Yoga, Spinning, Tai Chi, Pilates and much, much more at no extra cost. We also offer personal training and massage. Stop in and see us!
