Welcome to Canal Fulton Glassworks and Art Gallery. Come see history come alive in our restored circa 1814 building. See historical photos and memorabilia from the canal era and later, tracing the development of Canal Fulton from a farming community to its hayday as a thriving canal town.
The Canal Fulton Glassworks art gallery and glass studio recently opened their doors to the public after an exhaustive 4 year building renovation. The gallery is housed in a circa 1814 post and beam structure.
The gallery showcases over 2,000 unique handmade items crafted by 30+ Ohio based artisans. Items and art mediums include blown / slumped / cast glass, pottery, 3D stained glass, jewelry, turned wood, organic driftwood furniture, paintings, prints and blacksmith forged steel sculpture. We are a year round facility, family and senior friendly.
We offer hands-on learning! Take a glass blowing class; learn to make a unique paperweight, or a glass flower, learn to make glass beads. Classes scheduled on Saturday mornings (10AM till Noon), art work pickup the following Monday. Special groups may be scheduled for tours and classes at other times.
