Pilates by Murphy's

Brian and Suzy Murphy having been teaching Pilates since 1998. They own and operate "Pilates by Murphy's" and have over 5,000 hours of instruction on mat and reformer. They are accredited by the OPTA, BOC and KPTA to teach continuing education workshops to teach Health Professionals including: Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, and Nurses.

Brian is a professional dancer and is currently dancing with Verb Ballets. Brian has been dancing Professionally for 15 years, performing with Ohio Ballet, Ballet Theatre of Ohio, Cleveland/SanJose Ballet, Richmond Ballet, and BalletMet to name a few. Brian attributes a lot of his success from his former teacher Nan Klinger.

Suzy is a certified personal trainer with a degree in Speech Communications at Cal State, Northridge. Suzy has been teaching her 30 minute warm-ups before the Pilates Mat for years, many years before it became "popular". She has the foresight and understanding about what people need. She also is known to teach one of the most challenging water aerobics in this area.
